On January 19, Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with the Luxembourg Stock Exchange (LSE) in Beijing. Vice President Yin Jiuyong and General Manager of the Treasury Department Liu Youhui signed the agreement on behalf of ADBC. Secretary of the Board of ADBC Zhou Liangwei, and heads of relevant departments attended the signing ceremony.
The signing of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement will contribute to the establishment of a long-term cooperation mechanism and friendly relations between the two sides. It will also promote the issuance of ADBC financial bonds in international stock exchanges, provide more convenient information channels for overseas investors to subscribe for ADBC bonds, and enhance the connectivity between the Chinese bond market and international infrastructure.
During the signing ceremony, Mr. Yin Jiyong held talks with Luxembourg Ambassador to China H.E. Dr. Marc Hübsch and Mr. Robert Scharfe, CEO of the Luxemburg Stock Exchange. The two sides both agreed to take this opportunity to develop their respective advantages and support each other’s business innovation and development.
